I am a frequently in Savannah for business and have tried around 20 different seafood restuarants. The Flat Top Grill is one of the best if not the best. It is small and located in a strip mall in Pooler. Asked about the fish on the Fried Fish and Shrimp. Surprized it was not white fish like many serve but flounder. The shrimp and founder breading was crisp and crunchy. The shrimp was firm, the flounder flakey. Both were delicious. Will be a regular visitor to the Flat Top Grill.
